DrillingMetrics LLC ("DrillingMetrics," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our website, mobile applications, dashboards, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

- Notification information, such as device tokens used to deliver push notifications when enabled.

Customer organizations retain their rights in data they provide to DrillingMetrics.
DrillingMetrics processes customer data only as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve the Services, subject to applicable customer agreements.
If your account is provided by an employer or other organization, that organization may control your account and may have access to information associated with your use of the Services.
4. Artificial Intelligence Features
Some Services may use artificial intelligence or automated processing to summarize, retrieve, analyze, or generate information.
Relevant customer data may be processed by DrillingMetrics systems and, where necessary, by service providers acting on our behalf. We limit such processing to what is reasonably necessary to provide the requested functionality and apply applicable contractual and security protections.
AI-generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed by qualified personnel before being used for engineering, operational, safety, or other consequential decisions.
5. How We Share Information
We may disclose information:
- To service providers that support hosting, storage, authentication, notifications, monitoring, analytics, communications, or AI-enabled functionality.
- To authorized users or administrators of the customer organization associated with your account.
- When required by law, legal process, or a valid government request.
- When reasonably necessary to protect DrillingMetrics, our customers, users, or the security of the Services.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business.
We do not sell personal information.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, meet contractual obligations, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable law.
Customer agreements may establish additional retention, return, or deletion requirements. Deleted information may remain temporarily in backups until those backups are overwritten or expire.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our web Services may use cookies, browser storage, or similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, performance, and service functionality.
